Life Coaching For Adult Children of Alcoholics

Life Coaching is a  wonderful avenue of opportunity that is able to help people get from where they are, to where they want to be in their life, or in a particular area of their life.

There is nothing like a personal coach whose only goal is to help you attain the levels of well-being you desire.

Most people respond well to encouragement and guidance.  But when you are the adult child of an alcoholic, sometimes no matter how much encouragement or guidance one receives, the information just can't get through.

ACoA are a unique bunch of wonderful human beings whose unconscious belief systems have been tainted.  Because as they were growing and forming ideas about their worlds, which included perceptions of self and self in relation to the world and others--their caretakers were unable to nurture them in healthy ways--unconscious programming (which is the basis of how one experiences and creates their world) is corrupted.

Like a computers brain--the brain of an ACoA has unfortunately been hit by a virus.  And until the proper cleansing, reprogramming and rebooting has been done--all information processed through the faulty wired brain will be less than it possibly could be.

Which is why Adult Children of Alcoholics require Life Coaches with specific skills.

All that we do, think and feel is the result of an unconscious belief we hold that we most likely formed in childhood.

Unless a person is willing to unearth that belief, with the intent to heal it and eventually change it--true life long changes will not be possible.

But if a person is willing to do the inner work necessary to rewire their brain by exposing and debunking the faulty unconscious wiring, miracles can and will occur.

If you are ready to change your life...Lisa A. Romano--Life Coach for Adult Children of Alcoholics can help you on your journey.

Contact her today for personal phone sessions.

"I am so thankful Lisa was there to help me sift through ideas and unconscious stuff I didn't even know was stalling my life.  I am so much happier now, and getting better all the time.  Didn't know I never really believed I was sabotaging myself, until Lisa helped me see that I didn't really ever believe I deserved to be happy.  Once I saw that unconscious belief, I was able to let it go-and begin working on soothing that old critical voice in my head, until positive self talk began to take root.  Lisa was the guide I needed just when I needed it.  My life gets better everyday.  And I am not kidding."
